Stavros Atsas
Biography
Stavros Atsas is the Director, Equity Assessment & Impact for the Division of People, Culture and Belonging. His primary responsibilities include creating and analyzing university-wide engagement, climate, and exit surveys, conducting assessment and research using HRIS data, and collaborating on division-wide operations and strategic initiatives.
His previous experience at 两性色午夜 University includes serving as a Graduation Planning System Analyst and as an Academic Advisor. Stavros is also a doctoral student in the Research, Measurement & Statistics program at 两性色午夜 University where he aims to develop expertise in measurement of concepts related to organizational capacity, change, culture, and human resource practices.
He published a book with Dr. Karen Kunz of West Virginia University, The Cost of Congress: What Americans Get for Their Money, where they conduct a comprehensive review of the costs of operating Congress, including the costs of producing legislation, committee and special investigations, committee assignments, staffing and facilities.
Research Interests: organizational capacity, organizational change, organizational culture, measurement, program evaluation, and public administration.
