Whoever said laughter is the best medicine was certainly no fool. This seminar, held April Fools’ Day, Friday, April 1, from 9-10 a.m. at Heer Hall, Room 107, shares innovative research on using humor therapy to relieve stress, identifies physical symptoms of stress to promote awareness, and uses humor throughout the presentation to provide instant self-care. The workshop leader and presenter is Jinger Moore, PC, of Impact Solutions.
This session also will be available by live streaming to all Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University's Regional Campuses and to those individuals who would rather view from their desktop location.
