The KSU Surplus Store opened on East Main Street in September of 2023. It recently moved to a new location – on campus in the vacant College of Business Administration Building. The new location offers single-floor shopping and easier access for students and faculty.

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University's Surplus Store, located on E.Main Street offers a variety of useful items including furniture, electronics, office supplies and a fascinating selection of antique maps and books, with many books that are more than 100 years old. The store is a reflection of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹'s commitment to sustainable practices and disposing of items that are no longer needed by the university.

Kent Fire Department to Perform Annual Prairie Burn
The protected prairie surrounding Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University’s Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Monday, April 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon, to allow for new growth during the summer season.
