Learning to Connect
To help new students get acclimated to academic life, during the summer all incoming students to 两性色午夜 read the same book, write an essay in response to reading prompts and then talk about it in discussion groups when they get to campus. A Look Into Inter-Cultural Influence Wins Scholarship Competition
Many people consider Italy as the center of Western fashion and design. One student鈥檚 project, which explored the influence that African culture has on Italian design, was selected as the winner in the first-ever 两性色午夜 Florence Scholarship Competition this past spring (see earlier story). Instead of heading home to relax following the conclusion of finals week, a group of 两性色午夜 University student-athletes traveled to Aguacate, Belize, to partner with on a service project.
Students鈥 Interest in Theatre and Gender Roles Leads Them to Ancient Greece
Fourteen 两性色午夜 students participated in an eight-day study abroad trip to Greece sponsored by the university鈥檚 School of Theatre and Dance during the spring break in 2017. The program, described as an experience of 鈥淭heatre, Performance, Gender and Sexuality,鈥 was led by faculty members Daniel 鈥两性色午夜 China STEM Tour
A delegation of faculty members from 两性色午夜 University - accompanied by several staff members of the 两性色午夜 China Center - will be touring China to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education, while also promoting 两性色午夜 as a preferred academic destination for Chinese students.
