Important Updates for Regional Campus Employees
We will not be hosting Know Your Numbers screenings and flu vaccine clinics at the regional campuses this fall for the 2021 reward program cycle due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19. In lieu of on-campus screenings, we have added a new option for regional campus employees this year, which is to have a screening completed at a LabCorp facility at no cost to the employee, or, as is the case each year, you are welcome and encouraged to have your screening completed with your primary care physician. Please note:
- 颅The LabCorp option is available to regional campus employees only (in lieu of Be Well coming to your campus).
- We encourage all employees to regularly see a primary care physician (PCP), including having your screening completed with your regular doctor if you so choose. That being said, both Kent and regional campus employees will have the primary care physician option plus an alternative option available for the 2021 rewards program:
Kent Campus Employees | Regional Campus Employees |
---|---|
Option 1: Screening with a PCP | Option 1: Screening with a PCP |
Option 2: Screening with Be Well | Option 2: Screening at LabCorp |
Keep in mind that regional campus employees are welcome to schedule a screening with Be Well Solutions at the Kent campus if that is convenient and feasible. Click here for information about our updated onsite screening protocols and enhanced safety measures.
- Flu vaccines will be available at the Kent campus screenings and are open to spouses/partners and dependent children aged 18 or older.
- Regional campus employees can receive a flu vaccine from their PCP or at a local clinic, such as CVS Minute Clinic or a Walgreen's Healthcare Clinic (covered in full under KSU's health plans). Visit our regional campus health screening page for LabCorp and flu vaccine locations.
