There are times that a community-based referral may be needed outside of KSUCPM.  Here you will find resources to meet needs related to substance abuse, psychiatry and counseling.

Navigating our insurance policy and/or scheduling an appointment with a community-based provider can be overwhelming especially when we may not have had experience doing this before.  Here are links to information that will help you ask the right questions of your insurance carrier and the community-based provider:
