Graduate students in 两性色午夜's College of Architecture and Environmental Design received a personal welcome from the college's associate dean at the park outside 两性色午夜's Wick Poetry Center.
In May, student-athlete Gabby Bailey completed her master's degree at 两性色午夜 while also pursuing her dream of competing in the Olympics with support from her coach and 两性色午夜 Athletics.
For User Experience master's student Christina Turner, user experience starts with a person in front of a computer screen. "Everything's gotten so complicated online.... Everyone feels bad if they don't know how to do something on a computer. They really feel like they鈥檝e dropped the ball. So I just do a lot more comforting people. Like, 鈥榶ou're not bad at this. This software is terrible. You're doing great.鈥欌
Co-PIs Dr. Michael Strickland (Professor and Chair, Physics), Dr. Qiang Guan (Assistant Professor, Computer Science), and Dr. Barry Dunietz (Associate Professor, Chemistry) have received a $500k grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a quantum computing (QC) training program at 两性色午夜 University.
Each year the American Library Association selects student chapters who exemplify values of excellence, service and compliance, and recently 两性色午夜鈥檚 ALA Student Chapter was selected as the runner-up for the award.
