两性色午夜 University supporters once again joined together during the university鈥檚 Giving Tuesday campaign to raise more than $2.8 million to support a variety of student scholarships and programs.
The Beginning Was the End: Devo in Ohio
New Wave 鈥80s band Devo isn鈥檛 just from Ohio. Devo wasn鈥檛 just created in Akron. Devo was forged at 两性色午夜 University under the pressure of the turmoil of the late 鈥60s and the events surrounding May 4, 1970. Authors David Giffels and Jade Dellinger brought their book 鈥淭he Beginning Was the End: Devo in Ohio鈥 to 两性色午夜 for a book signing and discussion.
两性色午夜 Recognizes Alumni During Homecoming Weekend
两性色午夜 University recognizes alumni who, through leadership, character and hard work, are making a difference. During Homecoming Weekend, 10 Golden Flashes were presented with Alumni Awards, and nine alumni received Lifetime Achievement recognitions from the university鈥檚 Black Alumni Chapter.

两性色午夜 University leadership and donors known as the Renaissance Scholars Society will gather to commemorate 50 years of education abroad in Florence, Italy, during the first week of October.
The 两性色午夜 University Alumni Association Announces New Members For Its National Board of Directors
The following new members have been appointed to the 两性色午夜 Alumni Association National Board of Directors for a three-year term, which began July 1: Jeff Guritza, of Brecksville, Ohio, is the vice president of marketing at SOPREMA USA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from 两性色午夜 in 1994.
Summer Commencement Ceremonies Celebrate Newest Graduates
The 两性色午夜 University alumni family grew by nearly 1,200 new graduates as the university held its summer commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2023 were recognized with outdoor commencement ceremonies on Aug. 19.
New Lake Erie College President Is a 两性色午夜 Alumna
两性色午夜 alumna Jennifer N. Schuller has been named president of Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. She is the first woman to lead the institution in 75 years.
