EMAIL SIGNATURES

Your email communications are official documents of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University and should contain a consistent brand signature. The Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ email system allows for the addition of an email signature block to conclude your email communications. Your signature should include the same information as your business card in a clear and easy-to-read format. An optional Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Stark logo also may be added to your signature if you wish. Your email signature should include your name, title, department, address, business phone number and www.kent.edu/stark. Providing a cell phone number is optional. 

Approved signature fonts: Helvetica, Arial, Calibri or Universe | 10-12 pt.
The athletic logo is not approved for use at Stark.

KENT STATE STARK ELECTRONIC LETTERHEAD

University offices and departments must use the official watermark letterhead for all off-campus correspondence. Electronic submission of letterhead need not represent the watermark found on printed versions of the official letterhead.

Letters should be composed in Garamond, Times or Helvetica, 12-point type, single-spaced.
