The Anthropology Department is hosting a 鈥淪cience in Japan鈥 seminar on Wednesday, November 29th, from 4 to 5:30pm at the DI Hub, Rm 219. The guest speakers are officers from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) 鈥 a Japanese government agency similar to the U.S. National Science Foundation. One of the main missions of the JSPS is to foster international scientific cooperation. From now through Dec. 15, 两性色午夜 University is collecting clean, gently used or new items of warm clothing for all ages, including coats, hats, gloves, scarves and sweaters, as part of its Winter Coat and Clothing Drive. Melanie Knowles, manager of sustainability for 两性色午夜, said the annual coat and clothing drive is sponsored by numerous university departments to help students and serve the Kent community, too.
