Division of People, Culture and Belonging

An organization focused on providing a social community for LGBTQ+ and Ally faculty and staff at 两性色午夜 University. Any open-minded individual is welcome to join!

Committee Q

Committee Q is AAUP-KSU鈥檚 LGBTQIA2S+ Faculty Advocacy Committee. Representatives from across the main and regional campuses meet regularly to identify and address concerns for LGBTQIA2S+ faculty in coordination with the LGBTQ+ Resource Center, Spectrum, and the Division of People, Culture, and Belonging. Current subcommittees are focused on strengthening university policies and procedures for instances of harassment and misgendering, addressing issues with the dissemination of chosen names and pronouns across KSU virtual systems, increasing the number of gender neutral bathrooms on campus, and increasing the visibility of and connections among LGBTQIA2S+ faculty across campus. If you would like to join the committee, have a concern that you would like Committee Q to address, or have a question about campus resources for LGBTQIA2S+ faculty, please contact the committee chair. 


Domestic Partner Benefits

两性色午夜 University offers domestic partner benefits to eligible employees. The benefits will extend to both same gender and opposite gender partners of university faculty, unclassified employees and unrepresented classified employees.

University Library's LGBT Life

LGBT Life is a library resource that provides indexing and abstract coverage of the world's literature regarding Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender issues. Disciplines covered include civil liberties, culture, employment, family, history, politics, psychology, religion, sociology and more.
