KSU Kickoff is a four-day welcome to your new home and introduction to your 两性色午夜 family. This is a celebration is the start of your first semester as a Golden Flash that runs from Thursday, August 15-Sunday, August 18.

KSU Kickoff has many required events for new first-year students. This includes students living on campus or commuting. New transfer students are strongly encouraged to attend KSU Kickoff events as well.
The DKS Mobile app will release content relevant to KSU Kickoff, including a full schedule of events. Events that are mandatory are marked as required. You will have an opportunity to create a personalized schedule in the DKS Mobile app.
Absolutely! All transfer students are encouraged to attend both general and transfer student-specific KSU Kickoff events.
Transfer students enrolled in Flashes 101 are invited to participate in Common Conversations during your first class meeting on Friday, August 16. (Check the KSU Kickoff event schedule for time and location).
Transfer students who are not enrolled in a Flashes 101 course are invited to participate in the Common Conversations shared experience with other transfer students. Please contact the office of Student Success Programs at newatKSU@kent.edu and/or 330-672-9292 if interested.

Commuter, off-campus and remote learning students are required to participate in KSU Kickoff.
Make sure to turn on notifications for the DKS Mobile app. We will make announcements via the app should any events be altered.
