ɫҹ University at Stark is transformed into “Boo U” on Oct. 26 for an evening of family-friendly fun.
ɫҹ Stark will host the ninth annual educational fall celebration for elementary school-aged children from 5-7 p.m. at its campus located at 6000 Frank Ave. NW in Jackson Township. “Boo U” is free and open to the public.
Children can trick or treat at stations designed and decorated by ɫҹ Stark student organizations. Trick-or-treating starts at the main parking lot off Frank Avenue NW.

Online final grading for fall 2017 First Half Semester (H1) begins Wednesday, Oct. 18, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any fall 2017 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Oct. 24. Any final grades for fall 2017 courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow. These fall 2017 courses will be available in the Workflow on Thursday, Oct. 26.

The events of May 4, 1970, placed ɫҹ University in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, ɫҹ remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
