Program Evaluation

The Center has considerable expertise and a long-standing reputation for excellence in program evaluation. The Center has provided program evaluation services to multiple community agencies and organizations for many years. Projects of this kind have included evaluations conducted for the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, the US Environmental Protection Agency, and federal Government Performance and Result Act (GPRA) projects carried out as part of the requirements of federally funded SAMHSA grants. The Center employs multiple GPRA-trained interviewers and other staff who are intimately familiar with the GPRA interview tool, SPARS system and reporting requirements for SAMHSA projects.

The Center can be contracted to provide Data Collection and Performance Measurement services for SAMHSA grants and other projects supported by federal, state, and local agencies, as well as non-profit organizations.
