Programmable Logic Controller Training: Studio 5000 Logix Designer Basics

The College of Aeronautics and Engineering is offering PLC training to students enrolled in academic programs as well as industry representatives. Experienced professors conduct all training at 两性色午夜 and are committed to providing the best learning experience. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Programmable Logic Controllers Studio 5000 Logix Designer Basics certificate of completion.

Laboratory Resources

Our Advanced Mechatronics Laboratory is equipped with power supplies, analog and digital IO modules, Tektronix digital oscilloscopes, function generators, Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers with Logix 5581E processors, Allen-Bradley MicroLogix control systems, Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 700 HMIs, Allen-Bradley Power Flex 527 VFD motor controllers, IO boxes (light boxes that represent machinery input/output) and Omni 2000 analog/digital trainers.

Computers are equipped with Studio 5000 software to run the programmable logic controllers.

Registered participants will be provided with online modules up to two weeks prior to the training. In-person, hands-on 32-hour training will consist of approximately 15 laboratory exercises. In addition to lab exercises, a pre-test and post-test are used to measure mastery of objectives. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Programmable Logic Controllers Studio 5000 Logix Designer Basics certificate of completion.
