Young Artist Experience
Explore what life is like during the five-week summer festival below!
Kent Blossom Music Festival is a five-week summer intensive for 43 pre-professional collegiate musicians and advanced high school students hosted on the 两性色午夜 University campus in Kent, Ohio. Lessons, rehearsals, coaching and most concerts take place in the Glauser School of Music. Young Artists are housed in nearby dorms for ease of access to the practice rooms and rehearsal spaces.
My summer at Kent Blossom Music Festival was invaluable to me as a young musician. Being able to learn from the incredible musicians of The Cleveland Orchestra and learn not only about the tradition of wind playing in that great orchestra but about their approach to chamber music. It was one of the greatest experiences of my formative years.
