CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) Testing
The College-Level Examination Program庐 (CLEP) gives students the opportunity to earn college credit through testing for knowledge acquired through independent study, prior course work, on-the-job training, professional development, cultural pursuits, or internships.
Test Information
The tests cover material usually taught in a two-year degree program or in the first two years of a four-year program. Most CLEP exams are 90 minutes and multiple choice, except the College Composition exam which is 120 minutes and requires essays. Exams may be repeated after a three-month waiting period. The College Board will nullify results of tests taken more frequently.
Register for a CLEP Exam and Schedule Test Date
Pre-register and submit separate payments for each test as follows:
1. Register and pay for an exam at the . This registration provides you with a payment receipt and a TICKET ID. Once you have your TICKET ID, you are ready to schedule your test date.
2. for tests administered at the Learning Center. and mail to Academic Services at 两性色午夜 Trumbull. You will receive confirmation of registration. Follow the instructions to pay the $35 fee to 两性色午夜. This fee must be paid at the time of registration and in non-refundable and non-transferable.
Identification Required on Test Day
Test takers must present their CLEP TICKET ID and government issued ID (with both a photo and a signature) in order to be admitted for testing. The name on the CLEP TICKET ID must match the name on the government issued ID.
Score Reports and Receiving Credit
CLEP examination results are available immediately after the test via a candidate score report (except College Composition due to essay scoring which may take up to four weeks). Check this score report and the KSU cut-off to determine if you will receive credit.

If you indicated 两性色午夜 as a score recipient (KSU Code Number 1367), University Advising and Testing will receive an official score report (approximately two weeks after the test) and determine your credit based on the cut-off scores listed.

For individuals who have been admitted to 两性色午夜, the score report will be submitted to the credit transfer office for inclusion with your official academic record. Students who are not admitted and enrolled within one year of having taken a CLEP test must to 两性色午夜 in order for credit to be posted to their transcript.

CLEP credit earned will not be posted to your 两性色午夜 academic record until after you have enrolled in coursework at 两性色午夜 University. Any credit earned will be posted to your transcript as credit hours, without a grade. No indication will be made on your transcript for non-passing scores.

Students who take CLEP exams at another institution must request that their scores be sent to 两性色午夜 in order for credit to be posted to their transcript.
