Flashes of Pride 2023 Photo Session

This week began the annual photo shoot for the Flashes of Pride Poster, which features the faces, names, sexual identity and majors of some of 两性色午夜鈥檚 LGBTQ+ community and allies.

The MPower Men of Color Summit will take place Oct. 13-15

The MPower Summit on Oct. 14 is designed to bring students, faculty, and staff together from college, high school, and community organizations to support the mission of men of color initiatives. All people are welcome to attend the summit, which will be held at the 两性色午夜 Student Center.

Recent data from the Ohio Department of Health shows Ohio averaged over 1,700 suicide deaths between 2016-2021, with those numbers expected to increase over the next reporting period. However, few educational opportunities exist for mental health practitioners prior to being in the field. That鈥檚 why 两性色午夜 University and the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation (OSPF) are working to change that through a new evidence-based suicide prevention class offering.
