2016 Staff Excellence Awards Announced

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Stark Recognizes Outstanding Employees

On Friday, April 22, 2016, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University at Stark faculty and staff gathered in the Campus Center to recognize the 2016 Staff Excellence Award recipients.

Several weeks prior to the ceremony, the campus community was asked to nominate a staff member or administrator with a written recommendation supporting the person they thought deserved to be recognized.

Criteria for nominations included:

  • Gives 100% effort
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Shows a strong commitment to their job and to Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University
  • Continuously helps others
  • Is dependable, conscientious and caring
  • Exceeds job and workload demands
  • Works easily with people; collegial
  • Motivates others

A committee of faculty, staff and administrators selected the recipients from the many nominations.

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University at Stark has announced the President's and Dean's Lists for Fall 2024.

Requirements for the President’s List are a 4.00 grade point and at least 15 letter-graded (A, B, etc.) credit hours completed by the end of the semester.

Requirements for the Dean’s List include a 3.40 grade point average or above and at least 12 letter-graded (A, B, etc.) credit hours completed by the end of the semester.
