Favorite teaching moment?
I can’t pick just one, but overall, it would be seeing students become motivated to pursue their goals and watching them succeed in their educational endeavors and careers.

If you could have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick and why?
The first would be TikTok because it is fascinating. I love seeing people of diverse backgrounds express themselves with humor and emotion. I find the platform to be empowering for so many who may not feel like they have a voice in their daily lives.

FaceTime because it allows me to keep a personal connection with people. It has been very important to stay in touch with friends and family this past year.

My banking app because I never have to go to the bank to deposit checks!

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?
Outdoor activities such as kayaking and fishing are some of my favorite things to do with my kids and friends.

What is the last TV show or book that you read?
I love all Hallmark movies.
