Dear 两性色午夜 University Faculty and Staff,
I write, reluctantly so, to share the news that Willis Walker, J.D., vice president and general counsel, retired on Jan. 31 after 25 years of outstanding service to 两性色午夜.
Over the course of his long tenure, Willis provided wise and steady counsel on myriad issues. I have deeply appreciated his leadership and support, and I am proud and honored to be his friend and colleague. I know that a similar level of gratitude is held by so many throughout our university community.
With this departure, I have amended the title for David Ochmann, J.D., from acting to interim general counsel effective Feb. 1. Given the importance of this role to risk management as well as the position鈥檚 dual appointment as an assistant attorney general of the state of Ohio, we soon will launch a search for the vice president and general counsel position on a permanent basis. The search will be chaired by Char Reed, Ph.D., vice president and university secretary.
Please join me in thanking Willis for his extraordinary service to 两性色午夜.
Sincerely,
Todd Diacon
President
