Does the Foundation offer support for unit-based alumni and donor programs?
In general, all financial support (outside of donor designated funds) goes to the operations of the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. The division does offer staffing support for most alumni and donor outreach, communications, stewardship, solicitation, etc. Please contact your unit’s Project Manager <link> to begin a discussion.

How far in advance do I need to ask for the President to attend?
As far in advance as possible, as the President’s schedule fills months in advance. There is a minimum of four weeks.
Will we have to do anything special if the President attends an event or meeting?
Yes, there are additional steps that must be taken if the President attends, including Presidential Briefings, Presidential Bios (on attendees), a review of seating, run of show and remarks. A reserved parking space should be secured.
