Out of the 200+ programs we offer, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Florence is one of the easiest locations to choose because the whole center is run by our university – our professors, our staff, our facilities. 

This makes it an extremely smooth process for you when it comes to the logistics of studying abroad such as paperwork, credentials, or payments.

If you’re worried about a foreign language requirement, don’t be! All courses are taught in English, and Italian language courses are available for those who want to enhance their communication skills.

A local team of over 40 experts supports over 800 KSU students every year, making Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Florence the largest Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ education abroad program and the largest American program in the city.

You’ll be assisted throughout the whole education abroad process (e.g., flights, housing, travel documents, etc.) and you’ll benefit from comprehensive orientations before you depart and when you arrive in Italy to prepare you for life in your new city.

This extra on-site support extends to include health and well-being services plus an ongoing events program within the city and to those nearby.

Year-round options for full flexibility

At the Florence Center, students can choose from a diverse array of courses approved by Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University colleges and academic departments.

All majors are welcome and course offerings cover many academic areas at both undergraduate and graduate level.

If a full semester abroad doesn’t feel realistic for you, there are additional opportunities to study in Florence during the summer and spring break.  You can choose the program and the length of time that suits you best.
