Universitat Rovira I Virgili, Spain - ISEP
(URV) is located in Tarragona, a city in the Catalonia region of northern Spain. The coastal city of Tarragona is known as the “city of eternal spring” and has ancient Roman ruins throughout the area. The mild climate is ideal for enjoying the region’s beautiful beaches and natural landscapes, while only a short train ride away students can access all that the vibrant city of Barcelona has to offer.
URV offers courses taught in English, Spanish, and Catalan. English-taught courses include areas such as business, engineering, health sciences, and more. Spanish-taught courses include areas such as business, communications, computer science, engineering, psychology, language courses, and more. ISEP students immerse themselves in Spanish culture by taking university classes with local students and living in an apartment in the city or residence hall on campus. The university has an active student body, and ISEP students can participate in sports teams, cultural activities and student groups. ISEP students can also be matched with a local "buddy" to help adjust to life at URV and in Tarragona.
