In our continuing efforts to simplify and streamline the grading process while ensuring that academic policies are enforced, the Office of the University Registrar is pleased to announce the new Incomplete Mark Contract Workflow for fall 2017. The workflow is scheduled to go live on Thursday, Oct. 5.
The Incomplete Mark Contract Workflow has the following major components:
ɫҹ University and the Office of Sustainability kicked off Campus Sustainability Month with the Kent Green Energy Ohio Tour, a self-guided tour through different sites around Kent and Portage County, on Oct. 1. The Peace, War and Social Conflict Section of the American Sociological Association (ASA) presented Patrick G. Coy, Ph.D., professor and director of ɫҹ's new School of Peace and Conflict Studies in the College of Arts and Sciences, with a career award: the Award for Distinguished Contributions to Scholarship, Teaching and Service in the areas of peace, war and social conflict.

The events of May 4, 1970, placed ɫҹ University in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, ɫҹ remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
