Who are 两性色午夜 Student Ambassadors?

The Kent Student Ambassadors, also known as KSA, are a group of student leaders that represent 两性色午夜, the student body and the campus community. They also educate fellow students about the importance of philanthropy and the role it plays in the day-to-day operations of the university. Ambassadors take great pride in 两性色午夜 University and strive to show this as they provide assistance at events across campus.

What events do the Ambassadors work?

Ambassadors help with a number of assignments throughout the year based on their interest and comfort with different projects. These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Homecoming Weekend
  • Giving Tuesday
  • Flashes Give Back Week
  • Campus tours for honored guests
  • The President's loge for basketball and football games
  • Relay for Life
  • and more!

Kent Student Ambassadors also participant in community service activities on campus and in the Kent community.

How do Ambassadors support philanthropy?

Student Ambassadors strive to ease the financial burden of tuition for their fellow Golden Flashes through philanthropic education, stewardship and fundraising efforts. Previously raising money for the Pay It Flash Forward Scholarship, FLASHanthropy now supports the 两性色午夜 Emergency Grant Fund. Established in the spring of 2020, this fund supports students who need assistance in overcoming difficult setbacks and unforeseen financial challenges resulting from the COVID-19 crisis.

Consider this: if all 两性色午夜 undergraduates contributed just $20 each year, we'd have an additional $340,000 in new scholarship money each year

What is the time commitment to be in KSA?

Kent Student Ambassadors have mandatory meetings, held every other week for one hour. Each member must participate in four events in both the fall and spring semesters. However, members are encouraged to participate in more events if their schedule allows.
