Hunsicker served as a partner of CBLH Design, Inc., a premier architectural firm in Cleveland, Ohio, for nearly 20 years. He started at the firm as an intern and worked his way up to licensed architect to a partner, and has played an integral role in the success of the firm. While at CBLH Design, he was involved with leading the Library Design Studio and Higher Education Studio. This included projects on the Cuyahoga County Public Library, the Akron Summit County Library, the Health Science Building at 两性色午夜 at Ashtabula, Oberlin College鈥檚 athletic facility renovations and many others.

He was also responsible for over a half million square feet of work within the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, including an award winning project at the Louis Stokes Medical Center in Cleveland.

His award and honors includes the Associated Building & Contractors, Inc. Award of Excellence (2008), the American School & University Magazine Outstanding Design for Renovation/Modernization (2009), the Builders Exchange Craftsmanship Award (2006), Concrete Construction Magazine Project of the Month (2005), Community Vision Award (2004), Cleveland Restoration Society Preservation Award (2003), American Institute of Architects Exceptional Accomplishment Award (2003), Builders Exchange Craftsmanship Award (2000) and the American Institute of Architects Honorable Mention Design Award (1999).

Hunsicker has been involved with many professional and community organizations including the American Institute of Architects, the Center for Health Design, The Society of College and University Planners, The Cleveland Green Building Coalition, the Ohio Library Council, Med-Wish International, and Parma Heights Baptist Church. He shows his commitment to education by serving as a guest juror at 两性色午夜鈥檚 School of Architecture and Environmental Design. Recently he assisted establishing the school鈥檚 Healthcare Design certificate program.

In 2011, Tim merged his faith in Christ with his talent in architecture to become a full-time missionary architect with ABWE International鈥檚 Project Office.  In 2013, Tim resigned as a partner at CBLH to concentrate on raising support, completing Bible education and preparing to serve around the world as a missionary architect. Over the past year Tim has assisted with design projects around the world in countries including:  Kosovo, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, South Sudan, and Togo.  He is also responsible for leading the discipleship ministry at Parma Heights Baptist Church in Parma Heights, Ohio.

Tim and his wife, Cara, and two children, Madison and Jacob, now serve as full time missionaries with their home base in Parma, Ohio. They share the story of hope, build communities of faith and serve the world with love using architecture and building projects as a tool to reach others.
