I need help understanding my student's financial aid package

The Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center would be happy to look through your student's financial aid package with you. You can contact them here.

How can I receive more financial assistance?

If you or your family have experienced a loss of income, have questions about applying for financial aid and scholarships, or would like to learn about payment plan options, please reach out to the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center.

When can my student apply for on-campus housing?

Your student can apply to live in one of our 20+ residence halls and several Living-Learning Programs (programs where students with similar interests live together) beginning Oct. 15 for incoming spring students and Feb. 1 for incoming fall students in the .

If your student plans to commute, they will need to submit a commuter exemption form in their beginning Oct. 15 for incoming spring students and Feb. 1 for incoming fall students.

When can my student register for Destination Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹, New Student Orientation?

Your student can register for Destination Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹, New Student Orientation beginning Feb. 1 for fall semester or Oct. 15 for spring semester in your student's . Parent and family are invited to attend as well!

How will parents/students know what type of computer they need?

Each college will communicate with your student if a specific computer is recommended or needed for their classes. Please reach out to your student’s college for more information.

When does the upcoming semester start?

The fall 2025 semester begins Monday, Aug. 18. The spring 2025 semester begins Monday, Jan. 13.
