The Women鈥檚 Success Series is designed to inspire women of all ages and all walks of life to succeed personally and professionally. Each year, the leadership series features three dynamic women who have enjoyed a measure of success in Tuscarawas County. After Grossman鈥檚 February presentation, Sarah DiFazio, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, will be the featured speaker on Friday, April 3, 2020.

鈥淓ach year we select three outstanding women who will make a positive impact on our audience by sharing their own success stories,鈥 said Wendy Zucal, director of Dennison Railroad Depot Museum and one of the Women鈥檚 Success Series organizers. 鈥淚n doing so, they inspire our audience to move forward in their own lives and careers. Our audience is comprised of women of all ages and from all walks of life, which creates an interesting mix and leads to dynamic and thoughtful discussions. The women encourage each other, and everyone learns something new during the program.鈥

As this year鈥檚 February speaker, Grossman will share her inspirational story. She has been 鈥渟elling鈥 Tuscarawas County as a visitor destination for 33 years through her position with the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Currently, Grossman is the longest tenured CVB director in the State of Ohio. She sees the great strides regional tourism professionals have made to bring awareness of tourism鈥檚 economic impact and importance to residents, stakeholders and local government officials. Grossman also serves as an adjunct faculty member at 两性色午夜 Tuscarawas, an adult instructor at Buckeye Career Center, and she teaches pottery at the Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts. She has served in a leadership capacity on numerous boards and state organizations. Grossman was recently nominated to serve on the Governor's TAC committee鈥擳echnical Advisory Council for Gas and Oil resources. In her spare time, Grossman has taken on the arduous task of completing cross stitch projects left unfinished by her mom who died in 2018.
