两性色午夜 University at Tuscarawas recently honored Jim Demuth, of New Philadelphia, as the inaugural Toast to Education Award recipient for his tireless dedication to and support of education and our community.
Demuth is president of Tucson Inc. and proprietor of Gregory James Wines. He is a board member of the Tuscarawas County University Foundation, which supports the educational mission of 两性色午夜 Tuscarawas. Jim is following in the footsteps of his father, Richard Demuth, who was a charter member of the board established in 1968 and served for 40 years.
Specifically, Demuth was instrumental in the establishment of a walking and biking trail encompassing the campus property. The trail is dedicated to his father鈥檚 long-time commitment to our students and campus. This spring, he helped organize and sponsor the first Toast to Education Gala event to support 两性色午夜 Tuscarawas students and the educational outreach of the Performing Arts Center.
Demuth has also been actively involved in fundraising for the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine Giving Kids Hope event and scholarships for the Ohio State University Alumni Club of Tuscarawas County.
The Toast to Education Gala, hosted at the Performing Arts Center, is a wine and culinary experience celebrating the passion for education. The elegant event supports scholarships, student opportunities and youth educational experiences enriching the vitality of our community. Next year鈥檚 gala is planned for March 23, 2024!
