Biography
Dr. Ginger Bihn-Coss teaches COMM 15000, as well as many upper level courses in the applied communication concentration- including: gender and communication, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, conflict and communication, and high impact public speaking. She also supervises communication internships and practicums at the Tuscarawas campus. In her research, Bihn-Coss examines health communication across various settings, in particular how disenfranchisement, power and resistance impact health decision-making. Dr. Bihn-Coss is passionate about her teaching- as well as equal rights, community-involvement, and how communication can be used to empower oneself.
