On Tuesday, April 25, 两性色午夜 University Alumni Association (KSUAA) and 两性色午夜 University at Trumbull will host a public lecture on 鈥淐atastrophic Landslides in Volcanic Terrains," by Dr. David Hacker, associate professor, Department of Geology, 两性色午夜 University at Trumbull.
Hacker is nationally known for his research and expertise in structural geology. He authored "Earth鈥檚 Natural Hazards: Understanding Natural Disasters and Catastrophes," one of the standard textbooks in the field. His article on volcanic mega-landslides in , the top-ranked international journal in geoscience, drew coverage from Smithsonian Magazine, , and Science Magazine.
