New employees are automatically enrolled in orientation upon acceptance of their new job, so no action is required of them to register. Orientation is held bi-weekly, and invitations go out shortly after their start date has been determined.

The Welcome session, held bi-weekly on Tuesdays, includes:
- Getting started as a new employee
- Information about university culture, strategic goals and policies
- Resources and programs available to all employees
- Staying connected in the university environment
The Benefits session, held bi-weekly on Wednesdays, includes benefits overview and enrollment.
