Biography
I have been a toddler teacher at the Child Development Center since 1995. My research interest is in how very young children develop a sense of place at school and in the out of doors. My work on this topic along with research on the importance of rituals and small group learning structures has been presented at several national, state and local conferences. Currently my research focuses on older toddlers’ responses to their encounters in the campus environment. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, a Masters of Arts degree in Student Personnel and a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education all from Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University, with additional graduate coursework in Early Childhood Special Education.
