JMC Students Shine at the Press Club of Cleveland's All-Ohio Excellence in Journalism Awards

Three JMC students took top honors in the student media section at The Press Club of Cleveland’s Ohio Excellence in Journalism Awards.

Three JMC students took top honors in the student media section at The Press Club of Cleveland’s Ohio Excellence in Journalism Awards, with four first-place awards in print and TV news.

In the Best Print Feature Story category: Grant Engle received first place for “Behind Those Haze

l Eyes.”In the Best Print News Story 4 Year School category: Rex Santus placed first for 

“Popular Professor Dismissed”

In the Best Print Sports Story category: Grant Engle received first place for “The Cost of Losing a Conference Title.”

In the Best TV News Story category: Kaitlynn LeBeau placed first for “KSU Professor Faces Rare Cancer.”
