Commencement
Please review the following information regarding the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony:
The 两性色午夜 University Geauga and Twinsburg Academic Center Pinning and Commencement ceremonies will take place at Parkside Church in Bainbridge on Friday, May 9, 2025. The Nursing Pinning Ceremony will take place at 12:00 p.m. with Commencement beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Grad Fair and Regalia Information
The University Bookstore will host four Grad Fairs at various campus locations for you to pick up and pay for your commencement regalia (cap and gown). You are welcome to attend any of the fairs, regardless of the commencement ceremony you will attend.
Please RSVP to one of the Grad Fairs below if you plan to attend. You will be asked the regalia package and size you wish to purchase.

Honors cords will be passed out to qualifying graduates before the Geauga Campus and Twinsburg Academic Center Commencement Ceremony at Parkside Church on May 9, 2025.
Stark Campus Bookstore Grad Fair - March 5, 4-6 p.m. and March 6, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Stop in to purchase your cap and gown with bundle sales, RSVP if you haven鈥檛, pick up tickets, if you have RSVPed, talk with Career Exploration and Development and Financial Aid.
Kent Campus Bookstore Grad Fair - March 22, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and March 24 and 25, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown with bundle sales, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!
Trumbull Campus Grad Fair - April 3, 12-5 p.m., Classroom Administration Building Student Union
Stop in to purchase your cap and gown with bundle sales and receive information about Jostens packages and announcements. There will also be a small assortment of merchandise.
Twinsburg Academic Center Grad Fair - April 14, 12-4 p.m., Student Lounge
Stop in to purchase your cap and gown with bundle sales, receive information about Jostens packages and grad announcements. There will also be a small assortment of merchandise.
If you cannot attend a Grad Fair, you may order your regalia online and have it shipped to you by visiting .
Online orders must be placed by March 28, 2025, in order for you to receive your regalia in time for the May commencement ceremonies.
You may visit the Kent Campus bookstore in person at any time during normal business hours to purchase your regalia. Orders do not need to be placed ahead of time for this option. - Prohibited Items Include:
- Animals (other than those used as a service animal)
- Bags (larger than 14" x 14")
- Laser pointers (Note: the use of a laser-point device will result in criminal charges and ejection from the ceremony)
- Whistles or Noisemakers
- Weapons of any kind
- Emergencies and Evacuation
- In the event of a medical emergency, please see a member of the event staff, usher or law enforcement official. Should there be a need to evacuate the ceremony at any time, an announcement will be made. For your safety, please follow the instructions from the announcer and law enforcement officials.
