JOB DESCRIPTION:

I teach courses for both the School of Peace and Conflict Studies and the Department of Political Science. My main focus is on the role of ethnicity and identity in conflict generation, dynamics and resolution. This is coupled with my interest in grassroots peacebuilding, zones of peace and the role of agency in the success or failure of peacebuilding efforts.
