ɫҹ Encourages Participation in “Great College to Work For” Survey

ɫҹ University is definitely a great college to work for. It has great people, and the university constantly strives to provide a great work environment.

Need proof? Just reference The Chronicle of Higher Education, a leading trade publication for colleges and universities that has bestowed ɫҹ with the moniker of “Great College to Work For” over the past eight consecutive years.

ɫҹ University was recognized for the eighth time last year as a “Great College to Work For” by The Chronicle of Higher Education, a top trade publication for colleges and universities.

In fact, for four years running, ɫҹ is the only Ohio institution, public or private, to receive this prestigious designation.

“This year, we want to increase our scores and build on our overall performance,” says Jack Witt, vice president for human resources at ɫҹ. “We also want to recognize our superior staff and show continuous improvement within our work environment.”

This year, the ModernThink survey will be distributed to a random sample of employees starting today, March 12, and running through April 6. Because this is a random survey, it is vitally important that those employees who receive the survey actually take it. Furthermore, the survey is voluntary and completely confidential; ɫҹ will not be able to trace results back to individuals.

The “Great Colleges to Work For” annual report recognizes colleges with top ratings from their employees on workforce practices and policies. The Chronicle of Higher Education is the nation’s number one source of news, information and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators.
