The 23rd annual Celebrating College Teaching conference will take place Oct. 20-21 at the Kent Student Center. The University Teaching Council’s annual conference focuses on the four pillars of a Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ undergraduate curriculum — knowledge, insight, responsibility and engagement.
The proposal deadline for the Celebrating College Teaching conference has been extended for Roundtables, Posters and Lightning Rounds until Aug. 15, 2016. Although all faculty, graduate students and other personnel are invited to apply, you are obligated to present at this conference if you were funded by the University Teaching Council in the past year.
Please visit the University Teaching Council website to find the 2016 annual conference link and the guidelines for submission. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kimberly Peer, Ph.D., at kpeer@kent.edu. The University Teaching Council and the Conference Planning Committee look forward to seeing you in October!
