The associate of applied science degree program in radiologic technology on the 两性色午夜 Salem Campus recently received continued accreditation status from the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology for a period of eight years.

The national accreditation body awarded the 两性色午夜 Salem program the highest level possible, with the program meeting all 53 standards and no citations when reviewed earlier this year by a site visit team from the JRCERT.

While on campus, the JRCERT site-visit team met with administrators, clinical personnel, program faculty, student services personnel and students. The team complimented program personnel on a well-organized program with dedicated staff.

Additionally, 100 percent of the 2016 graduates of the 两性色午夜 Salem radiologic technology program passed the national certification examination and their job placement rate is 90 percent since graduation in May.

The radiologic technology personnel include Jan Gibson, senior program director; Judith Miller, clinical coordinator; Margie Iagulli, senior lecturer; Kelly Dragomir, lecturer and clinical coordinator; and Sherry DeWitt, secretary.

两性色午夜 University at Salem offers an associate of applied science in radiologic technology, as well as a bachelor鈥檚 degree in radiologic and imaging sciences technology with concentrations in computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, diagnostic medical sonography and radiation therapy.

While sorting through her email messages last year, Treasure Reynolds came across a message that offered a chance to study abroad, in Ireland. She dismissed it.

Three 两性色午夜 Salem faculty members, representing three different subjects, joined forces to explore student and teacher experiences with the Hyflex course format, focusing on its flexibility and impact on student success and engagement.

Collaborating on this research project were Dr. Rachael Blasiman, associate professor of psychology; Dr. Sheren Farag, assistant professor of horticulture; and Kristine Harrington, associate lecturer of English.

The past year was quite meaningful for Antoinette Fitzgerald.

First, she graduated in May 2023 with her associate degree in nursing from 两性色午夜 East Liverpool.
