March is National Nutrition Month, and the Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Southern California Alumni Chapter is excited to present guest speakers Natalie Caine-Bish, Ph.D., RD, LD, associate professor, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ nutrition and dietetics program coordinator, and didactic program director, and Laura Arnold, ’17, College of Communication and Information graduate specializing in health communication.

Join us for this virtual event to learn about the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet and what it means to live in the Blue Zones. Did you know the city of Loma Linda, Calif. is known to be one of seven major Blue Zones in the world, where a high concentration of active and healthy centenarians (people 100 years and older) live? Learn this and more at the virtual event on March 3 from 5:15-6:30 p.m. PST!
