The 两性色午夜 University Airport hosted its fifth annual Props-4-Paws collection event this fall and doubled its goal, collecting 5,434 pounds of supplies, including toys and 6,213 cans of food for animals for Portage and Summit county animal shelters and rescue organizations.
Each year, the airport collects supplies for animal shelters in the area between September and November. This year鈥檚 goal was to collect 2,500 pounds. The donations went directly to the Portage County Animal Protection League and the Humane Society of Summit County.
鈥淭he airport has always been a reflection of the community we serve, and this is an excellent example,鈥 says David Poluga, 两性色午夜 airport manager. 鈥溋叫陨缫 University faculty, staff, students and alumni contributed hand-in-hand with residents of Stow, Kent and Munroe Falls to have a meaningful impact to the betterment of our shared community.鈥
The airport received help from members of the community to deliver the donations to the shelters.

It also hosts the College of Applied Engineering, Sustainability and Technology鈥檚 Aeronautics Fair, which is a free event for the community.
